Job summary

Vallen in Davenport, IA is hiring a Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) Coordinator I to deliver and manage inventory at customer sites. You will handle storage, distribution and order fulfillment of merchandise and equipment, ensuring accurate shipments and proper on-site setup.

The role requires a high school diploma (or GED) and at least one year in warehouse or delivery work; valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in warehouse, inventory counting or delivery preferred.
• Valid driver's license required per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive company commercial vehicles to deliver goods to designated locations following DOT standards.
• Ensure shipment accuracy and proper order fulfillment.
• Assist with VMI space setup and material reception in the customer's area.
• Track orders from pickup to delivery and setup at the site.
• Maintain accurate barcode labeling and perform cycle counts as needed.
• Support inventory management with min/max/reorder observations and reports.
