Capital Electric is seeking a highly organized Specialty Services Administrator to support the growth of VMI, PLS, TFS, and PNP programs. You will handle vendor managed inventory reporting, customer data management, and software platform administration to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative, customer service, inventory management, operations, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with ERP systems, inventory management software, or database platforms preferred.
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) reporting and customer analytics.
• Maintain customer part numbers, product lists, and approved inventory assortments.
• Manage and update inventory min/max levels.
• Support onboarding and implementation of new VMI customer accounts.
• Ensure data integrity between customer inventories, Eclipse, and supporting software platforms.
• Coordinate inventory updates for existing VMI customers.
• Assist with customer account audits and inventory reviews.
• Provide administrative support for inventory management platforms (Store Room Pro, Innovo Stock Room).
• User account management, product and inventory maintenance, reporting configuration, data synchronization.
