BlackHawk Industrial is seeking a Supply Chain Solutions Specialist in Auburn, WA to install and maintain the VMI vending platform in the assigned area. This full-time role combines hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting with direct customer collaboration.

You will promote safety, support inventory management, and help design vending solutions while ensuring ISO processes are followed and records are kept up to date. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Up to 2 years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
• CribMaster or AutoCrib experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Promote safety culture and coach associates.
• Maintain and repair vending machines and systems.
• Design, troubleshoot and enhance vending infrastructure with customers.
• Assist branches with inventory replenishment and transfers.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, including licensing.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with ISO processes.
