Job summary

DGI Supply is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator focused on Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and industrial vending solutions. You will travel to customer sites daily to replenish inventory, maintain vending equipment, and perform audits while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes independent work, problem solving, and building lasting customer relationships, with opportunities for advancement in APS Operations, Account Management, and Sales.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple customer locations daily.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to assigned customer locations within the territory.
• Replenish VMI inventory and vending machines according to customer requirements and service schedules.
• Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock adjustments to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain equipment uptime and perform basic maintenance on vending machines.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact and build strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal sales and support teams to address customer needs and concerns.
