Agilix Solutions in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) Associate to lead on-site VMI engagements and customer service activities, promoting safe, efficient workplaces.

The role reports to the VMI Manager and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3 years in inventory management within retail, manufacturing, or industrial settings, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, manufacturing, or industrial settings with inventory management knowledge.
• Familiarity with electrical, safety, or industrial distribution a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; adaptable to shifting priorities; detail-oriented; team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and inventory ERP systems; must communicate value proposition.
• Valid Class E/CDL with a clean driving record required.

Responsabilités

• Communication & Sales Support: Collaborate with sales and internal teams to understand customer needs and promote VMI solutions.
• Operational Duties: On-site inventory tasks including scanning, order entry, stocking, and data updates; support order expediting and vendor training.
• Vehicle & Site Responsibilities: Conduct daily visits to multiple customer locations using a company vehicle; maintain vehicle condition and perform inspections.
