Job summary

Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is seeking an energetic VMI Binstock Sales Associate to support customers with bin service on their premises or jobsite. You will monitor inventory, write sales orders, deliver and stock orders, and contribute to strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, and possess excellent communication and sales skills to coordinate service activities and suggest complementary products to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with vendor-managed inventory is a plus.
• Ability to write and process sales orders.

Responsibilities

• Support existing CSBN customers with bin service on customer premises or jobsite.
• Review customer fastener inventory across stocking locations.
• Generate orders for products and prepare for delivery and stocking.
• Suggest complementary products to enhance customer operations.
• Demonstrate products to help customers understand usage and benefits.
• Coordinate and schedule service activities.
• Plan weekly/monthly service activities to maximize coverage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong customer representation.
• Communicate with inside sales and warehouse teams for orders and concerns.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in variable spaces and conditions.
