Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Columbus, OH is seeking a VLT Floor Attendant to provide excellent customer service on the gaming floor. You will service players, handle coin changes, and support game mechanics.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with play, fixing minor jams, refilling coins, and processing hand pays and jackpots, with other duties as assigned. Must complete required training and pass background checks as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must be 100% customer service focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must take a two-hour training class for Video Lottery terminals.

Job Summary

A VLT Floor Attendant is a key customer service provider on the gaming floor. They service and build relationships with our players.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Responsible for making change for guests on the floor,
• Instructing guests in playing games and fixing minor paper and coin jams.
• Filling of coin in the gaming terminals when they require it.
• Rendering of hand pays and Jackpots to guests.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

• Must be 100% customer service focused, possess good interpersonal skills, & be able to work in a fast paced & demanding environment.
• Must take two-hour training class for all Video Lottery terminals and become knowledgeable about how to play all games offered here.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to stand/walk/ sit for extended periods.
• May be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment.
• Must be at least 21.
• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
• Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
