Zusammenfassung

Mobia Medical seeks a Therapy Development Specialist to educate and train healthcare teams on Vivistim Paired-VNS therapy for stroke rehabilitation. You will work with physicians, therapists, and rehab teams to implement therapy, monitor patient progress, and provide on-site and remote support, advancing patient care.

This role requires strong clinical education and sales skills, SaaS CRM familiarity, and the ability to influence decision makers in healthcare settings.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in OT or PT required; OT, PT, COTA or PTA considered.
• Neuro-focused training background strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of clinical/sales experience with proven results.
• Experience selling to PM&R/Physiatry, Neurosurgery, OT/PT communities preferred.
• Experience educating and advocating for stroke rehabilitation patients.
• Experience calling on hospitals/rehab facilities preferred.
• Ability to operate within regulatory guidelines and influence decision makers.

Aufgaben

• Develop territory plans with the territory manager to expand access to Vivistim accounts.
• Aim to meet or exceed implant and sales goals through UE-Dx evaluations and therapy.
• Prepare a business plan to expand rehabilitation facilities in the territory.
• Support surgical implanting sites in the operating suite.
• Deliver compelling product presentations to patients, accounts, and clinicians.
• Provide weekly sales forecasting using the tools and guidance provided.
• Maintain relationships and drive opportunities with healthcare partners.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve patient access and therapy adoption.
• Exhibit clinical excellence and timely completion of administrative tasks.
