ProCaps Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Training Vitamin Specialist to provide excellent customer service and sales support while promoting our vitamin products.

The role offers a hybrid schedule after 90 days of training and a path toward higher tier responsibilities, including omnichannel interactions. You will educate customers on ingredients, features and benefits, document inquiries, and help maintain quality and satisfaction in a fast-paced call center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required; focus on quality and helping customers.
• Clear telephone communication and world-class customer service.
• Ability to learn about natural supplementation and educate others.
• Decision making and good judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to apply consultative sales techniques.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet and/or exceed Call Center metrics and comply with policies.
• Motivated self-starter who thrives in a team.
• Proficiency with MS Word; ability to navigate the Internet; Excel is a plus.
• Willingness to complete ongoing training and work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on ingredients, features, benefits and use of company products.
• Document customer inquiries and actions on tracking system and logs.
• Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in all contacts.
• Manage steady volume of calls daily and prioritize follow-through.
• Identify issues and trends to improve customer service and productivity.
• Promote ProCaps products and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
