ProCaps Laboratories in Henderson, NV is seeking a Training Vitamin Specialist to deliver excellent customer service, support sales, and educate customers on ingredients and benefits of ProCaps products.

The role offers a hybrid schedule after 90 days of training, with a starting pay of $22 per hour, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Training starts November 2, with ongoing development toward a tiered specialist role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or sales experience a plus but not essential; candidates must care about quality, service and helping people.
• Clear telephone communication and world-class customer service.
• Ability to learn about natural supplements and educate others.
• Ability to work overtime or on weekends; flexible between 6:00am and 6:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on ingredients, features, benefits and use of ProCaps products.
• Document customer inquiries and actions on tracking system or logs.
• Maintain confidentiality in internal and external contacts.
• Manage steady volume of calls daily and prioritize follow-through.
• Promote interest in ProCaps products and services.
