Staff Today Inc. is seeking a Vital Records Support Specialist in Oklahoma City to join a healthcare-focused team. You will serve as the primary contact for the Vital Records Help Desk, assist internal staff and external stakeholders, and ensure timely, accurate support using the ROVER and related tools.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, training coordination, documentation development, and process improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; one year experience or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for the Vital Records Help Desk.
• Monitor/respond to requests across onboarding, offboarding, training, data quality, platform support.
• Assess requests and assign or own resolution with follow-through.
• Troubleshoot access, usage, and workflow issues; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate internal training requests, scheduling and materials.
• Collaborate to identify documentation gaps; support process improvements.
• Develop and deliver resources: webinars, virtual sessions, guides.
• Conduct user testing of platform updates; document findings.
• Maintain awareness of workflows to ensure accurate guidance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and data integrity.
