You will engage with data providers, analyze data, prepare reports, and disseminate training materials to Local Health Departments, while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in program coordination.
• General knowledge of the program area.
• Knowledge of applicable legislation, guidelines and agency policy.
• Understanding professional standards and practices.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to data providers to resolve outstanding records or data quality issues.
• Analyze data, error reports, and other validity-related issues.
• Research and compile information on program procedures, needs and policies.
• Answer basic questions about data quality policies and procedures.
• Establish, organize, and maintain current and historical files for the program.
• Collect information to help prepare program reports.
• Schedule and disseminate all program-related training materials to Local Health Departments.
• Support daily program functions with confidentiality and tact.
