Job summary

CentraState Healthcare System in Freehold, New Jersey, is seeking an on-site Transporter to move non-isolation patients to and from units and departments as directed. Qualifications

• Strong professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively relate with all members of the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Transports non-isolation patients and discharges non-isolation patients.
• Transports outpatients and visitors.
• Trains volunteers and supports bed movement and transfers.
• Ensures stretchers, wheelchairs, and supplies are ready and in good working order.
• Enter data on worksheets and keep records up to date.
