Job summary

CHN Housing Partners in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Part-Time, Temporary VITA Site Coordinator to oversee tax site operations and mobile events. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and volunteer management experience.
• Experience in a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program preferred.
• Must complete IRS Tax Test at the Advanced Level and Site Coordinator Certification.
• Must be flexible to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Must have dependable transportation and ability to travel to mobile sites before or during events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational needs of the tax site and events.
• Coordinate with quality reviewers; ensure accuracy of returns.
• Schedule volunteers with the CHN supervisor and coalition partners.
• Track and report volunteer and staff hours.
• Ensure timely electronic filing and resolve rejects.
• Manage site supplies, budget, and equipment; maintain files.
