Job summary

The VITA Program Manager at United Way of the Plains leads the delivery of free tax filing services, partnering with IRS, KDOR, and SPEC to serve qualified residents. This full-time role requires excellent communication, site and volunteer management, grant reporting, and flexible tax-season hours; training is provided to ensure program success and strong community impact.

You will recruit and supervise site coordinators, expand service access, and maintain partnerships with local organizations

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to recruit and retain volunteers and promote the program.
• Develop and report on grant progress, outcomes, and budgets.
