Wellabe in Des Moines, IA, is seeking a Multimedia Specialist to join our Brand and Communications team. You’ll produce video, motion graphics, animation, and multimedia content for internal and external audiences, guiding projects from concept to completion.

You’ll lead shoots, edit and color-grade footage, and collaborate across teams to ensure on-brand storytelling that supports business goals. Hybrid role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in film/video production or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional video production experience including filming and editing.
• Ability to translate ideas into engaging visual stories with motion and sound.
• Strong collaboration, feedback, and project-management skills.
• Adherence to brand standards and content style guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Serve as videographer and post-production editor to support brand objectives.
• Create on-brand motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
• Direct, record, edit, and distribute video and audio content across channels.
• Collaborate on concepts, goals, scope, timelines, and scripts.
• Provide photography support for internal and external audiences.
• Manage onsite production studio and equipment recommendations.
• Maintain organized library of video assets and metadata.
• Follow project submission processes and ensure brand compliance.
• Stay updated with emerging video technologies and trends.
