Job summary

Motion Media, the film and video production division of Jackson Dawson, seeks a Multimedia Specialist to plan, produce, and deliver high-quality photo and video content for internal brand and automotive clients. This role spans from pre-production to final deliverables, collaborating with producers, creative directors, account leads, and clients to realize a shared vision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in multimedia production.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated portfolio and reel showing end-to-end photo and video work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ElevenLabs, Runway, and Adobe Firefly.
• Understanding of pre-, production-, and post-production processes.
• Proficiency with professional camera systems, lighting, and audio.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Edit, color grade, and finish photo and video content across channels.
• Record, edit, mix, and master audio for video, podcasts, and events.
• Design motion graphics, title sequences, and basic VFX; assist with photo retouching.
• Ensure deliverables meet brand, technical specs, and licensing requirements.
• Own day-to-day production workflow across concurrent projects.
• Support pre-production with briefs, shot lists, and equipment prep.
• Operate as camera operator for studio, on-location, and event shoots.
• Maintain organized media libraries, backups, and version control.
