Job summary

Wellabe is seeking a Multimedia Specialist to join our Brand and Communications team in a hybrid Des Moines setting. You will create engaging video, motion graphics, animation, and other multimedia content that strengthens our brand and supports business objectives.

As a key contributor, you will direct shoots, edit footage, craft visual storytelling, and collaborate with internal customers to ensure on-brand results across internal and external channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in film/video production or related field.
• 5+ years of professional video production experience.
• Ability to transform ideas into visual stories through motion, imagery, and sound.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as videographer and post-production editor to support brand objectives.
• Create on-brand motion graphics and visual effects for digital content.
• Direct, record, edit, and distribute video and audio content across channels.
• Plan and develop video projects with concepts, goals, scripting, and storyboarding.
• Provide photography support for internal and external communications.
• Manage onsite production studio and recommend equipment to support needs.
• Maintain file organization and archiving of video assets.
• Follow project workflows to ensure brand compliance and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
