FASTSIGNS #420801 seeks a Visual Solutions Consultant to partner with businesses, transforming their brand identity across interior, exterior, and wayfinding spaces. You will meet clients, sketch concepts, and guide projects from napkin idea to final installation, coordinating with design and production teams.

This remote-first role requires local presence for site surveys, client meetings, and local business development, with flexible scheduling and accountability to sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sign industry knowledge including substrates, vinyl/digital printing, and mounting hardware.
• Experience with CoreBridge or equivalent sign shop workflow software for estimating and order management.
• Ability to quickly sketch or diagram ideas to bridge customer expectations and designer production.
• Must live in or near Fairfield County, CT for client meetings, networking, and site surveys.
• Self-motivated and independent with remote schedule while meeting sales targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Holistic consulting with business owners, facility managers, and architects to audit visual needs and propose multi-sign solutions.
• Translate client vision into concepts and guide the design team to final production proofs.
• Visit client sites across Fairfield County to take precise measurements and assess installation requirements.
• Build and maintain local relationships to drive revenue and manage workflows.
• Manage estimates, sales orders, and customer communication using CoreBridge.
