Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Visual Solution Architect to join our SPG team in Herndon, VA. The hybrid role requires occasional onsite presence and offers opportunities to shape winning proposals with graphic storytelling.

You will lead the design of high-impact slides using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud, translate technical concepts into clear visuals, and collaborate with SMEs and Solution Architects to strengthen messaging and branding across all proposal materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in federal proposals or related fields.
• Expert proficiency in PowerPoint for large, complex decks under deadlines.
• Portfolio of MS PowerPoint graphics and infographics.
• Advanced proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to translate dense technical content into business visuals.
• Capable of rapid turnaround in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-end graphics and slides in PowerPoint under tight deadlines.
• Visualize complex concepts and translate them into intuitive graphics.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud to craft graphics for PowerPoint and proposals.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Solution Architects to refine messaging visually.
• Ensure compliance with solicitation formatting and branding across materials.
• Support marketing materials, brochures, and project content as needed.
