Job summary

At Home Group Inc. in Texas seeks a Zone Lead (FT) to manage visual merchandising, planograms, and in-store promotions across designated zones. Train and coach team members to uphold brand standards, drive guest engagement, and maintain a safe, organized selling environment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, nights and weekends, and a flexible schedule. You will coordinate transitions, stock management, and endcaps while analyzing store data to improve sales and guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• The ability to work effectively independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead visual merchandising transitions, reinventions, product changes, and resets while maintaining visual integrity.
• Plan/executing daily/weekly workload and tasks to achieve sales goals and guest engagement.
• Participate in freight processes and stock merchandise in designated areas.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention, and improve guest experience.
• Serve as a role model and coach for visual merchandising and train staff.
• Communicate visual priorities and create moments that support the customer experience.
• Review store metrics and act to improve sales and expenses within assigned zones.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized zone with up-to-date signing and sets.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
