Job summary

The Zone Lead collaborates with the Assistant Store Manager to plan transitions, stock, and layouts, trains team members, and drives a welcoming, safe, and high-energy shopping environment. Availability for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes across the store.
• Plan and lead transitions, reinventions, and resets with the Assistant Store Manager.
• Maintain visual integrity, neat and organized zones, and on-brand signage.
• Manage daily/weekly workload and tasks to meet sales goals.
• Assist with freight processes and stock placement.
• Support customer satisfaction, safety, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Lead and coach teammates in visual merchandising and training.
• Review store scorecard data to drive improvements.
• Keep zones up-to-date with current signing and sets.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
