Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead (Part-Time) to support visual merchandising in designated zones and maintain an active selling culture. You will ensure displays, fixtures, and endcaps align with company standards, while guiding staff in visual priorities and customer experience in a warehouse-format setting.

The role requires lifting, standing for long periods, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. You will collaborate with the store team to drive sales and uphold safety and operating

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times. The ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
• Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior. Does the right thing for the team member, the customer, and the company in all situations.
• Creates a sense of urgency; promotes teamwork; delegates appropriately; motivates self and team to accomplish objectives. Timely and thorough execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead visual merchandising transitions and resets with the Assistant Store Manager.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload and tasks to meet goals.
• Participate in freight processes and stock maintenance.
• Maintain neat, organized zones with current signage and displays.
• Support safety, inventory control, and loss prevention efforts.
• Act as a role model and coach for visual merchandising excellence.
• Train and communicate visual priorities to the team.
• Review store scorecard data and act to improve sales and expenses within zones.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
• Perform other duties as needed by the business.
