Job summary

La Vie en Rose is seeking a Visual Trainer to develop training programs and strengthen visual merchandising across the U.S. region. You will collaborate with Visual Presentation, Sales and Construction teams to align visual standards with store needs and seasonal initiatives.

You will lead training, adapt planograms for new stores, and coach store teams to deliver consistent brand experiences that drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in presentation design or related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in visual presentation/visual merchandising.
• Experience training, facilitating, coaching, or presenting to store teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including outside home market.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Residence ideally Syracuse NY or Novi MI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver visual presentation training materials, workshops, videos and tools with Visual Presentation team.
• Adapt in-store planograms to optimize shopping experience and profitability.
• Collaborate on planograms for new stores ahead of openings.
• Lead store openings by training sales teams.
• Train and coach Store Managers and Sales teams on visual standards and plans.
• Provide ongoing in-store and virtual support with clear direction and feedback.
• Ensure consistent brand image and good cross-store communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and visual merchandising.
