Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a Visual Associate to support stores with premium visual standards and customer-focused merchandising. You will work closely with District Managers and NYO teams to maintain brand aesthetics, ensure consistency, and drive in-store presentation across Foot Locker family brands.

The role involves partnering with store managers, training staff, updating displays, and supporting new store openings and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have retail visual merchandising experience.
• Must possess strong written and communication skills.
• Must be able to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Must partner effectively with business associates at all levels, across multiple business functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Lotus Notes or similar email platform.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Visit and assess Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker and Kids Foot Locker stores in designated malls.
• Train store staff on Visual Merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with District Managers and NYO teams to maintain standards.
• Support store growth initiatives and marketing installations.
• Provide mannequin and fixture merchandising support.
• Assist with new store openings and special projects.
