Job summary

Comfrt is seeking a creative and strategic visual merchandising leader to scale our brand experience across stores in the United States. The role will bridge brand vision with in-store execution, developing merchandising standards, floor sets, and seasonal guides that drive engagement and sales.

You will lead store-level Visual Merchandising Leads, coach field teams, and partner with Brand, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations to ensure consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive retail visual merchandising experience
• Leadership across multiple locations or high-volume stores
• Strong understanding of retail performance metrics and visual merchandising analytics
• Proven track record coaching and developing high-performing visual merchandising teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Willingness to travel frequently

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising strategy across all retail locations, reflecting brand standards and customer experience.
• Develop and distribute visual merchandising directives, floor sets, and seasonal guides.
• Establish merchandising standards to create engaging, customer-focused shopping experiences.
• Ensure visual presentation evolves with brand initiatives, campaigns, and new product launches.
• Lead and develop store-level Visual Merchandising Leads through coaching and training.
• Conduct market visits to assess standards and provide in-the-moment coaching.
• Lead all visual merchandising aspects of new store openings, remodels, and floor set transitions.
• Partner with Retail Operations to ensure stores are visually prepared for openings and ongoing needs.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, and Retail Operations to align visuals with initiatives.
• Monitor visual execution and store performance via visits and analytics-driven reporting.
