Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to drive store-wide visual merchandising and warehouse logistics while leading and developing the merchandising team. The role focuses on staffing, training, and ensuring a top visual presentation that aligns with company standards and guest experience.

The position emphasizes creating a Grand Opening Ready store, optimizing labeling and showroom presentation, and collaborating with store leadership to improve performance and guest

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, design, retail management or related field preferred.
• 5 years in a direct customer interactive environment required; high volume.
• 3 years of management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and Scheduling: ensure merchandising team is fully staffed and optimize productivity.
• Training: oversee onboarding and skill development for the team.
• Store Experience: maintain grand opening readiness and visual standards.
• Guest Engagement: train staff to engage guests effectively.
• Logistics and Warehouse: maintain inventory accuracy and safe operations.
• Performance Management: address gaps and develop talent.
• Team Leadership: motivate and lead the merchandising team to achieve goals.
