Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team. This role focuses on working in a single store to execute planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly while supporting merchandise tasks.

You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service. Responsibilities include completing planograms, maintaining visual standards, and assisting with store layout initiatives.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing, and counting accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA steps.
