Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, primarily in one store, handling planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance.

The role involves interacting with customers and teammates to deliver legendary customer service and to uphold safety and visual standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Prior retail merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
