Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, primarily working in a single store. You will own start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandise fixtures and maintaining signage.

Expect interactions with customers and team members and delivering legendary service. The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability and adherence to safety guidelines, with opportunities to participate in broader store

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
