Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, primarily in a single store, handling end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance.

You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service and maintaining visual standards, while complying with safety guidelines and adapting to store needs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and scheduling flexibility.
• Complete planograms and store resets accurately and promptly.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in-store.
