Tractor Supply Company is hiring for a FAST Team Member to support a single store, owning end-to-end tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes reliability, adaptability, and strong communication, with assigned shifts and a focus on merchandise standards and planogram integrity.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets and price changes accurately and timely.
• Install and maintain store signage and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework (Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
