Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. in Honolulu's Ala Moana boutique seeks a Specialist, Visual Merchandising to oversee VM standards during boutique hours and events.

You will supervise with the Visual Lead, implementing and maintaining guidelines for window installs, fixtures, tools, and mannequins to create a consistent luxury client experience. You will collaborate with Boutique Management to align merchandise initiatives, coordinate display movement and photo documentation per VM guidelines, and deliver timely

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or comparable Art / Fashion related course of study.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar position or higher, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Front of House Fashion: Full-time in-store and in-person presence to support client sales and elevated service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee VM direction, animations and guidelines to ambassadors and boutique management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Boutique Management to align merchandise initiatives.
• Coordinate movement and storage of display elements with Visual Merchandise Manager.
• Ensure windows and selling floors are merchandised per VM guidelines between floor sets and launches.
• Take and upload photos of the boutique per VM guidelines and update Dropbox after changes.
