Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Specialist, Visual Merchandising to coordinate visual merchandising standards at the boutique, including window installations and selling floor presentation. You will partner with boutique leadership to maintain brand guidelines and an engaging client experience.

The role involves communicating direction to boutique teams, coordinating display elements, and documenting displays for the Global Image Team.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or higher, preferably with a luxury brand.
Associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or comparable art or fashion-related studies.
Knowledge of fashion styling, merchandising, visual display, digital photography, and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to lift, pull, and push items up to 25 pounds.
Flexible to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

Communicate visual merchandising direction, animations, and guidelines to boutique teams.
Coordinate storage and movement of display elements with the Visual Merchandise Manager.
Maintain windows and selling floors in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.
Photograph completed displays and update documentation for the Global Image Team.
