Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Visual Associate to support visual merchandising and ensure floor readiness at a luxury department store. The role involves executing promotions, setting up displays, and helping with events to enhance the in-store experience.

Responsibilities include preparing the selling floor before opening, setting up promotions and signage, and replenishing merchandise on the floor and wall units. Strong fashion trend awareness and hands-on carpentry/production skills are valued.

Qualifications

• At least two years of visual team experience in a major multilevel department store with a portfolio.
• Ability to safely use carpentry tools; basic painting techniques and production materials.
• Experience with styling and fashion pulls, with strong knowledge of current fashion and art trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the selling floor before store opening and follow visual team directives and corporate guidelines.
• Set up promotional and sale presentations, lettering, and signage.
• Assist with trunk show and personal appearance setups and preparation.
• Replenish merchandise on the selling floor and in wall units.
