Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Vice President of Visual Merchandising to define and execute a Americas-wide strategy for luxury retail, supporting more than 65 boutiques and aligning with global brand standards.

You will elevate the in-store client experience, drive retail growth, lead regional visual initiatives, oversee windows and interiors, and mentor regional leadership while managing budgets and travel.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of visual display and merchandising experience in luxury or specialty retail.
• Proven strategic planning, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to translate fashion trends into compelling windows and immersive environments.
• Strong executive communication, influencing, and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead regional visual strategy across the Americas for multiple markets.
• Oversee window design, interior props, signage, and special projects while ensuring brand consistency.
• Develop and train regional retail leadership teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Manage budgets and travel to support a large network of boutiques.
