Job summary

Brobston Group LLC on Rodeo Drive is seeking a Specialist, Visual Merchandising for Watches & Fine Jewelry. You will implement and maintain VM standards, including window installations and selling-floor displays, and supervise Image Ambassadors while partnering with boutique management and the Visual Merchandise Manager.

You will support events and collection launches, ensure visual guidelines and photography documentation are completed, and help with lighting, layout, and photography of

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar luxury merchandising role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of jewelry and timepieces merchandising and visual display.
• Experience with physical display tasks and ability to move items up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and oversee VM direction, animations and guidelines to Image Ambassadors and boutique management
• Develop and maintain relationships with boutique teams to support merchandise initiatives and business needs
• Coordinate movement, storage and setup of display elements with the Visual Merchandise Manager
• Ensure windows and selling floor are merchandised regularly and follow VM guidelines between sets and launches
• Photograph boutiques after floor and window sets and update images in Dropbox per VM photo guidelines
• Support operational and sales floor tasks and assist during events
• Work independently on projects and deliver timely results
