Qualifications

• 1–3 years supporting visual merchandising or store presentation required.
• 1–3 years in retail or service role engaging directly with guests preferred.
• Comfortable navigating store technology and visual tools.
• Willing to work retail schedule including nights and weekends.
• Notice details and execute tasks with care.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Support visual standards and execute visual floorsets.
• Maintain presentation excellence and align with brand standards.
• Replenish sales floor and ensure displays are shoppable.
• Use store tech and visual merchandising tools confidently.
• Engage with guests and provide friendly service.
• Collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Take coaching in stride and implement visual direction.
