Job summary

Living Spaces seeks a Visual Merchandising Manager to drive visual merchandising and warehouse logistics strategy. You will lead and develop the merchandising team to achieve top standards in presentation and efficiency, optimize staffing and training, and collaborate with store leaders to elevate guest engagement.

The role focuses on ensuring Grand Opening Ready stores, managing labeling, styling guides, assortments, and standard work, while maintaining inventory accuracy and lean operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college in business, design, retail management, sales, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• 5 years experience in direct customer interactive environment required; high volume.
• 3 years of management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and Scheduling: Ensure the merchandising team is fully staffed and productive. Optimize scheduling for efficiency.
• Training: Oversee onboarding, coaching, and showroom training programs.
• Store Experience and Guest Engagement: Ensure Grand Opening Ready standards and exceptional guest service.
• Logistics and Inventory: Maintain inventory accuracy and lean operations, minimize adjustments.
• Performance Management: Track performance and develop leadership skills within the team.
• Partnerships and SOPs: Collaborate with managers, vendors, IT, and cross-docks; ensure SOP compliance.
