Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a detail-oriented associate to support day-to-day project workflows for store remodels and resets across departments. You will maintain visual merchandising standards, signage, and displays while collaborating with store teams to deliver projects on time.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and experience in a retail environment. Travel is expected as needed to support multiple stores and ensure brand consistency across locations.

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a retail environment and merchandising department.
• Strong problem-solving and team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: maintain POP signage and visual standards; ensure displays meet Merchandising Standards Guide.
• Ensure safety and operational standards during project setup; complete projects and tasks on time.
• Cross-project communication on sets, fixtures, merchandise layout, bay elevations, etc.
