The primary focus of this position will be maintaining the store’s visual presentation, supporting day-to-day operations, analyzing product performance, and helping create a strong and consistent Miss Circle customer experience.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, understands how merchandising can influence customer behavior and sales, is highly organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment. You should be comfortable balancing behind-the-scenes operational responsibilities with contributing to an elevated, engaging client experience on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising & Operations

• Take ownership of the overall visual presentation and merchandising standards of the store.
• Execute weekly floor sets and refresh the sales floor based on new arrivals, product performance, seasonal priorities, and business needs.
• Ensure merchandise is presented in a visually compelling, cohesive way that reflects the Miss Circle brand aesthetic.
• Analyze product performance to determine which styles should remain on the sales floor and which should be rotated or transferred back to the warehouse.
• Create and process merchandise transfers between the store and warehouse.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, tagging, and maintaining merchandise.
• Monitor inventory levels and product movement to ensure the sales floor is appropriately stocked.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient Back of House at all times.
• Support operational processes and ensure store standards are consistently maintained.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and work with the Store Manager to develop and implement solutions.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the customer journey through merchandising, product placement, and store presentation.
• Assist with visual concepts and execution for events, launches, promotions, and other in-store initiatives.

Team & Business Development

• Partner closely with the Store Manager to identify opportunities to increase sales and improve overall store performance.
• Contribute innovative ideas for events, merchandising strategies, client engagement, and operational improvements.
• Monitor store analytics and use data to make informed decisions regarding product placement, inventory flow, and merchandising.
• Serve as a key resource for maintaining consistency between the store’s visual, operational, brand, and sales standards.
• Support the Store Manager in building a strong store culture and team environment.
• As the role develops, take on increasing responsibility and leadership within the store with the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Store Manager position.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in retail, visual merchandising, store operations, or a related field.
• Previous experience in fashion, luxury, contemporary, or specialty retail preferred.
• Strong understanding of how merchandising and product placement can influence customer behavior and sales.
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Highly proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to identify what needs to be done without constant direction.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use sales and product data to make informed merchandising decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong instinct for brand identity, customer psychology, and creating a distinctive retail experience .
• Comfortable providing sales floor support and engaging with customers when needed.
• Experience with POS systems, inventory systems, and/or retail reporting preferred.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
