Qualifications

• 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience
• Strong merchant skills with a history of delivering financial results

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: Partners with the Display Artist and Department Managers to create an engaging visual experience that appeals to the UO customer
• Leadership + Team Management: Recruit, hire, mentor, train department and display candidates; coach on store processes and visual standards
• Visual + Business Operations: Manage visual direction from planning through execution to meet budgets and timelines; drive shipments and omni process
• Communication + Relationships: Share product knowledge and brand messaging through daily team meetings; maintain cross-team communication
