The role emphasizes fashion insight, leadership, and collaboration with Store Management to ensure high standards of display, stock, and customer flow while delivering sales targets.

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of retail visual and commercial practices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to omni customer experience by following visual and commercial guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Set and follow store visual and commercial goals with Store Manager and Area Visual Manager.
• Lead VM team to plan workload according to store activation plan.
• Launch and sign off on latest global campaigns and sale activities on time.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and provide input on allocation to Store Management and Area teams.
• Coach VM team to develop fashion trends and presentation techniques.
