Job summary

H&M, Schaumburg, IL seeks a Visual Merchandiser Manager to lead the VM team in delivering compelling product storytelling in line with global guidelines. You will drive visual standards, coordinate with store management, and execute campaigns to maximize sales while maintaining exemplary customer experience.

You will coach and develop the VM team, stay ahead of fashion trends, and ensure store activation plans align with business needs and brand expectations.

Qualifications

• Candidates show fashion interest, creativity and inspiration in visuals.
• Extensive visual and commercial merchandising experience in-store.
• Proven ability to coach and develop VM teams and talent.
• Experience with store activations, campaigns and planograms.
• Strong understanding of selling principles and weekly KPIs.
• Good knowledge of retail operations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to omni customer experience by following visual and commercial guidelines.
• Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions.
• Set, implement, and follow store visual and commercial goals with leadership teams.
• Lead VM team to plan workload based on activation plans and business needs.
• Launch global campaigns and sales activities on schedule per brand standards.
• Maintain garment care, stock levels, and input allocation of stock.
• Perform KPI analysis and prioritize visual and commercial opportunities.
• Ensure VM actions improve customer satisfaction and reach sales targets.
