Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to uphold our visual standards and elevate the customer experience across the store. You will curate the store's visual and commercial presentation, coach staff, and align with global campaigns and seasonal trends.

You will collaborate with Store Management and the Area Visual Manager to plan workloads, execute campaigns, and ensure stock care and accurate allocations. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to coach others
• Experience in visual merchandising, product presentation and weekly sales reporting
• Knowledge of fashion trends, visual and commercial guidelines
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with store management and area teams

Responsibilities

• Contribute to omni-channel customer experience through visual and commercial curation according to guidelines
• Represent H&M brand positively in customer interactions
• Organize workload aligned with store activation plan and area visual manager guidance
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time
• Ensure garment care, stock levels and input on allocation with store management
• Follow up sales KPIs and identify opportunities with store management
• Coach and develop store teams in visual and commercial presentation
• Complete visual and commercial trainings as required
• Support store projects and expansion in collaboration with area teams
• Execute visual and commercial curation and styling per calendar and mood boards
• Ensure window and on-floor styling aligns with guidelines and brand standards
• Maintain store layout, signage, and display forms with sustainability in mind
