H&M in the United States (Village of Lake Grove area) is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to elevate store presentation and drive commercial performance. You will implement visual standards, curate product storytelling, and coach colleagues to deliver a consistent customer experience.

You will stay ahead of fashion trends, collaborate with store management, and execute campaigns and stock plans that reflect global guidelines while supporting sales goals and brand integrity.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to omni customer experience through visual and commercial curation according to guidelines.
• Represent H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Plan workload according to store activation plan with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain the latest global campaigns and sale activities on time.
• Ensure proper garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation to Store Management and Area teams.
• Perform sales report (KPIs) follow-up, identify and prioritize visual & commercial opportunities with Store Management.
• Create actions to increase customer satisfaction to reach sales targets and store goals.
