H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to elevate the in-store customer experience through expert visual standards and commercial execution. You will curate visuals, educate staff, and align with campaigns while maintaining stock and presentation quality.

You will lead and coach store teams, stay current on fashion trends, and apply brand guidelines to maximize sales. This role emphasizes collaboration with management and regional teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute visual and commercial curation per brand guidelines in store.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Plan workload and coordinate with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation.
• Contribute to KPI follow-up and identify visual and commercial opportunities.
• Coach and develop store teams’ visual and commercial skills.
• Complete visual and commercial trainings as required.
