Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising standards and displays to reflect brand vision.
• Co-lead back-of-house support and coordinate with store leadership.
• Train and develop visual merchandisers on standards, fixtures, and product placement SOPs.
• Analyze business reports and merchandising metrics to drive sales decisions.
• Oversee floorset execution, window prep, and overall visual environment.
• Support product flow, replenishment, and loss prevention practices.
