Responsibilities

• Lead the visual merchandising team to execute floor sets, window displays, and in-store marketing.
• Partner with Store Leader and Visual District Leader to optimize product placement and seasonal visuals.
• Coach Merchandisers on visual standards, fixture guidelines, and mannequin styling.
• Analyze reports and visuals to drive sales and merchandising decisions.
• Maintain brand aesthetics and ensure loss prevention practices.
