Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser for our Altar’d State brand in Tysons, VA. You will execute seasonal décor, elevate product presentation, and create a welcoming guest experience that supports store goals.

You will lead and coach associates, maintain window and floor visuals, and coordinate with leadership on merchandising plans. Physical tasks include lifting up to 30 lbs. and working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising and seasonal décor to create an inspiring store environment.
• Maintain compelling window designs and in-store visuals to drive sales.
• Provide leadership and feedback to associates to meet financial goals.
• Manage floor sets, product placement, and stock levels with planning and delegation.
• Ensure loss prevention practices and safety procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with Store Leader on roll-out of floor sets and branding.
